1921 Colaborates with the commission in the route planning of the San Antonio Oeste - Nahuel Huapi railway.   Topographical maps.
1922 Scientific Commission of the Buenos Aires Zoo.   Dr. Clemente Onelli organizes a scientific expedition to the Esquel region, province of Chubut, in search of a prehistoric animal. Engineer Emilio Frey led the expedition.
